Ledlights problem can occur in these phones because of faulty display connector, so first of all make sure that moisture or carbon is not causing this problem by cleaning the display connector and general around it. In Nokia Asha 306 display connector leg No.12 and No.13 are for Led lights. I have marked their Ways in this diagram below.
